Grace is a seasoned African American educator, faith-informed leader, and multi-industry entrepreneur. Her mission-driven work spans education, workforce development, transportation, housing support, and youth mentorship—demonstrating that innovation across sectors isn’t just possible, it’s powerful.

With deep roots in teaching and nonprofit leadership, Grace brings a legacy of impact grounded in equity, cultural intelligence, and generational uplift. Her approach is anchored in systems thinking and a strong belief that small businesses can—and should—be engines of lasting change.
